When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 11AM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following the Monday morning. All estimated shipping times are calculated in business days.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7-10 business days. Why is part of my order missing?
We have multiple shipping facilities and your order may have been split due to inventory constraints. Please check if you received more than one tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Why was my order returned to sender?
